Our Process | How does the Townley Resource Group consistently get the job done? Clients are presented with candidate qualifications and are informed of the results of initial interviews; from this pre-screened group a final few are selected for interviews with the client. As the process continues, briefings allow everyone to determine the best fit of skills, personality, and expectations between the candidate and the position. Of course, the confidentiality of all involved is treated with the utmost respect.
